Search and Seizure Warrant (1)

On January 29, 2009, at approximately 2200 hours, the Frederick Police Department’s Drug Enforcement Unit served a search and seizure warrant at 118 Lauren Court, Frederick, MD. During the search, officers found a quantity of marijuana, over $300.00 and drug paraphernalia. Three people were arrested. Those arrested were identified as Rashad Lyles, Michael Lyles, and Eshe McIntyre. The arrestees were transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center to appear before the District Court Commissioner.
