Domestic Assault

On Wednesday March 4^th, 2009 at approximately 0258 hours, officers from the Frederick Police Department responded to a reported domestic assault in a room at the Best Western Hotel on Prospect Blvd. When the officers arrived at the hotel room they could here a fight happening inside. The officers could hear the women inside screaming and yelling. The officers attempted to get the persons inside of the room to open the door, and when no one answered the officers attempted to force entry into the room. Before they could make entry the door to the room opened, and the officers located a man, identified as Thomas Clark and a woman who was bleeding from a wound to her mouth and her face was covered on blood. The suspect was taken into custody without incident, and the victim was transported to FMH for treatment for her injuries.
