Improper Parking/Parking on Sidewalks

The Frederick Police Department would like to inform the public of City Ordinance 13-28 which prohibits vehicles from parking on City sidewalks. In an effort to maintain all city sidewalks the Frederick Police Department will aggressively enforce vehicles parked on city sidewalks, the fine for this violation is $30.00. Please help reduce maintenance costs and repairs by parking your vehicle properly.
