Solicitation Arrest

On this date, members of the Frederick Police Department’s Drug Enforcement Unit conducted covert operations in the area of the 400blk W. South St. During this operation, an undercover officer made contact with a female who was identified as Michelle Johnson. Johnson solicited this officer and offered sexual acts in exchange for money. Johnson was placed under arrest.
