Search Warrant

On April 10, 2009, at approximately 0747 hours, the Frederick Police Department’s Drug Enforcement Unit served a search and seizure warrant at 41 E Fifth Street. During the search of the residence, officers found and seized crack cocaine, PCP cigarettes, drug paraphernalia, and US currency. As a result of the search, Stuart Brennan was arrested. Brennan was transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center to appear before a District Court Commissioner.
