Armed Robbery

INCIDENT/ INFORMATION: On Saturday May 22, 2010 at approximately 2105 hours Officer Bednar of the Frederick Police Department responded to the 1300 block of Baker Place for the report of an armed robbery. Upon arrival officers met with the victim who advised that approximately an hour before he was approached by 3 black males near the intersection of Key Parkway and Willowdale Drive. The three black males followed the victim to his apartment building where one of the males displayed a silver handgun. The male with the handgun demanded money and the other two subjects went through his front pockets. The subjects removed some money from the victim and fled on foot in an unknown direction. The suspects were described as follows:

-Suspect #1) tall thin black male around 30 years of age. Wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans. Had a goatee and short “faded” hair. Also had a diamond stud earring. This suspect displayed the handgun.

-Suspect #2) medium build black male around 20 years of age. Wearing a blue Peyton Manning jersey (blue with white numbers) and blue jeans. Had short “faded” hair.

-Suspect #3) Short stocky black male in his late teens. Wearing a grey shirt and blue jeans. Had short “faded” hair.

A check of the area did not locate the suspects and no other witnesses could be found.
