Fredericks Most Wanted

This morning at approximately 0750 hrs. Officers of the Frederick Police Department, Squad “D” apprehended one of Fredericks Most Wanted subjects. Fluker was located inside a residence in the 100 blk. of W. All Saints St. When officers attempted to contact the residents inside the location, Fluker attempted to flee from the rear of the residence. Officers who were covering the rear of the home took Fluker into custody without further incident. He was transported to central booking for processing and warrant service.
