This is a follow-up release of information regarding the construction accident that took place at the Banner School on February 9, 2009.
On the evening of February 17, 2009, the victim, John Miller, age 42, died at Shock Trauma in Baltimore as a result of injuries sustained during the accident. MOSHA is conducting the investigation into the events that led up to and caused the accident.

Just to let some of you that did not know John Miller. He donated all of his organs he could. He was a great guy, married and had a 10 year old son. His family and friends will miss him a great deal
