Drug Arrest

On 02/13/2009, at approximately 2250 hours, Charles Orwig III was arrested after a two month long drug investigation. The arrest and investigation occurred in the 900 Block of North East Street.

During the investigation, undercover officers purchased cocaine from Orwig.

At the time of Orwig’s arrest, he was in possession of a quantity of cocaine.

Orwig was transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Facility to appear before a District Court Commissioner.
