CDS (Heroin) Arrest…. On 06/27/2009, at 0415 hours, OFC K.A. Myers and Cpl. M.E.Pue, III of the Frederick Police Department responded to the parking lot of Costco at 10 Walser Dr. for a reported erratic driver who had possibly been involved in a property damage accident. The officers located the vehicle and driver still in the parking lot. The officers were able to confirm that no accident had occurred, but while OFC Myers was speaking with the driver, Cpl. Pue was able to observe the interior of the vehicle and saw several items of CDS paraphernalia along with a quantity of suspected Heroin lying in plain view in the car. The driver was arrested and charged as listed below. The driver was transported to FMH ER for evaluation and released late in the evening of the 27th at which time he was transported to Frederick County Central Booking where he is awaiting an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
