Robbery

On 07/26/2009 shortly after midnight officers from the Frederick Police Department responded to a disorderly conduct call in the 1300 block of Appletree Ct. When the officers arrived they discovered that a strong arm robbery and assault had just occurred and that the suspects had fled the scene in a large 4 door white car. Other officers searched the area and located a car matching the description of the suspect car at the Get-Go located at 1000 W. Patrick St. Officers on the scene at Appletree obtained descriptions of the suspects involved in the robbery and broadcast them to the officers at the Get-Go. The description of the suspects matched the description of the occupants of the car located at the Get-Go. An on scene identification was made by the victim and witnesses to the robbery, and all of the suspects were placed under arrest. All of the suspects were transported to the Frederick County Central Booking Unit to be charged and at the time of this press release were awaiting an initial appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
