Barricade Situation
On 11/21/2008 at approximately 2039 hours, members of the Frederick Police Department Criminal Investigations Division went to 1070 E. Thornhill Place to attempt to serve a parole retake warrant on the below listed arrestee. Upon their arrival at the residence, Detectives learned that Woodley was inside, but he refused to answer the door or surrender to police. The situation evolved into a barricade situation and members of the Department’s Patrol Division, Special Response Team and Crisis Intervention team responded to assist. At 2203 hours as police were preparing to enter the residence, Woodley opened the door and surrendered to the officers without further incident. He was then transported to a correctional facility to fulfill the terms of the retake warrant.
