Motorcycle Accident

On Saturday 11-01-08, at approximately 9:02 PM, Officers from the Frederick Police Department responded to an accident that occurred in 700 block of Fairview Ave involving a motorcycle and a car. The operator of the motorcycle was treated at the scene by EMS personnel and then transported by Maryland State Police helicopter (Trooper 3) to R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center with critical injuries. The driver of the other vehicle was not injured. Cpl. Bowman, an accident reconstructionist, is handling the investigation.
