INCIDENT/ INFORMATION:

Burglary

On 11-6-08 members of the Frederick Police Departments Patrol Division responded to1801 Beaver Creek Ln. in reference to a reported burglary. Upon arriving on scene the suspect had fled the area but officers found a large quantity of marijuana in the residence along with scales and smoking devices. The resident, Rachel Elainie Matthews was charged with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana with intent to distribute, and two counts of possession of paraphernalia by Officer First Class Huegel of the Frederick Police Department and is currently being held at the Frederick County Adult Detention Center on $25,000 bond. The attempted Burglary is undergoing further investigation by Dectective Lege of the Frederick Police. At this time the description is that of a thin black male.
