November Health Tip- Diabetes: Raise Awareness, Reduce Risk

This month's tip is about diabetes as November is American Diabetes Awareness Month. Diabetes is a disease in which the body does not produce or properly use insulin. In some cases both problems may be present. The good news is that research has shown that lifestyle changes can prevent or delay type 2 diabetes in those at high risk.
