| On this date members of the Drug Enforcement unit responded to a complaint of drug activity in the area of 1463 Key Parkway at Hickory Hill Apts. Officers observed two males whom they believed were involved in drug activity. Both males gave officers consent to search their person. Officers located a small quantity of marijuana on one of the males who was identified as Cintora, Julio. The other male was released. Cintora was transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center for an appearance before the District Court Commissioner. | |
