Stabbing Arrest

On 03/30/09 at approximately 2:15 am, officers were called to Frederick Memorial Hospital for a report of a stabbing that had occurred in the area of County Hill Apartments. Upon arrival at the hospital, officers discovered a male and female were being treated for non-life threatening stab wounds.

Initial investigation revealed the two subjects were passengers inside a vehicle that had been driven to Country Hill Apartments. Upon arriving at the apartment complex, the two began fighting inside the vehicle and the female pulled out a knife. The female began stabbing the male multiple times with the knife and the struggle continued outside the vehicle. During the confrontation, the male sustained knife wounds to his arms and legs, left ear and his head. The female received cuts to a hand and arm. Both were treated and released.

The female, identified as Consuela Ann King, age 30, of New Windsor, was transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center and charged with 1st degree assault, 2nd degree assault, reckless endangerment and wearing and carrying a dangerous weapon with intent to injure. She was awaiting an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
