Crash / Revoked driver/ drug paraphernalia arrest

On 4-6-09, at approximately 2303 hours, officers from the Frederick Police responded to the rear of the 500 block of E. Church St. for a vehicle crash. The driver, Jeremy Lunney, had driven off the road and hit two parked cars and a fence. Lunney’s vehicle then came to rest on a trailer, which in turn pushed the trailer into two more trailers and a shed. The driver was not injured; however, a check of his driving record revealed his privilege to drive was revoked and suspended. When officers made contact with Lunney in the vehicle, they also noticed a suspected crack cocaine pipe fall from his lap onto the ground. Lunney was arrested and taken to FCADC for processing.
