Solicitation Arrest

On April 18, 2009 at approximately 2213 hours, the Frederick Police Department’s Drug Enforcement Unit conducted a prostitution reversal at West 7^th St. and N. Market St. During the operation, a man solicited an undercover officer for sex. After his arrest, the man was identified as Ramiro Tobar. Tobar was taken to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center to appear before a District Court Commissioner.
