On 4/11/09 at 0140 hours officers of the Frederick Police Department were notified about a robbery. According to the victim, the robbery took place at the intersection of W 3rd St. and Klineharts Alley. The victim advised he was walking westbound on W 3rd St when an individual came out of the alley and approached him. The individual was described as a white male, approx. 5-09, with a medium build, with brown hair and moustache, approx. 45 years of age, wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, grey t-shirt, and black pants. The suspect held a knife out towards the victim, and demanded his belongings. Upon obtaining the victims personal items the suspect left the area on foot. Officers of the Frederick Police conducted an extensive canvass of the area in an attempt to locate the suspect, but were unable to do so.
