Assault of police officer / Destruction of property

On May 16, 2009, at 2209 hours, several officers were dispatched to a fight in progress in the 300 block of N Market Street. Upon arriving, Officer Holler made contact with the suspect who was identified as Aaron Boyd Mohler. Through Officer Holler’s investigation it was found that Mohler had damaged a vehicle during the fight. It was also found that Mohler had an active arrest warrant through Allegany County. While being taken into custody, Mohler kicked OFC Pierce and attempted to kick Officer Ilko and Officer Holler. No officers were injured. Mohler also attempted to destroy the interior of two police cruisers by kicking the doors and center console. Mohler was transported to FMH to be treated for minor injuries obtained during the initial fight. Mohler was later transported to the FCADC.
