On the above date and time OFC Holler observed a vehicle in the area of E 16th St. and N. East St. travelling at a high rate of speed. When OFC Holler attempted to stop the driver, the driver continued driving away at a high rate of speed. The chase ended when the driver stopped the vehicle in front of his house. The driver was subsequently charged with several traffic offenses, including fleeing and eluding police, and possession of CDS and paraphernalia. The driver was transported to FCADC for processing.

- Possess CDS (marijuana)
- Possess CDS paraphernalia

There was no high speed chase...He made a U-turn 2 blocks after he passed me and had to catch up!!! Get your story straight. He did not even present lights until I was on my street.
