Drug Arrest

On the above date and time Officer Holler, of the Frederick Police Department, initiated a traffic stop on a Mercury Sable in the 600 block of Chapel Alley. Upon making contact with the driver, Officer Holler detected a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the passenger compartment of the vehicle. Through Holler’s investigation it was found that the passenger in the vehicle, identified as Charles Edward Warden II, was in possession of marijuana. Warden was subsequently arrested and transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center for an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
